Maps for unclear terrain.
I’m interested in the space between potential and reality.
In tech, that space is the gap between what gets built and what people understand, trust, and use.
The same gap shows up in people too — between who we are, who we want to become, and what we are willing to do to get there.
My work and writing sit in that space. I care about how people make sense of complexity, how ideas become useful, how systems shape behavior, and how clarity helps people move forward without pretending the path is simple.

Now
I head the Product onboarding function at a Series A startup, focusing on building processes and helping customers achieve value moments faster.
Previously
- Led Sift, an enterprise context engine.
- Scaled internal systems and technical programs at Meta.
How I work
- - Clarity creates trust.
People do not adopt what they cannot understand. A clear path helps people feel oriented from the first interaction — where they are, what matters, and what comes next. - - The system should carry the weight.
Good work should not depend on panic, all-nighters, or one person constantly saving the day. The process should make strong outcomes easier to repeat.
